Tummy Hurty Week with a diet that's like
- rice or pasta with butter and chili paste and salt and parsley or something sometimes with fried tofu or an egg on top
- nonfat greek yogurt with seeds and raspberries
- crusty bread and cheese
- as many god damn root beer floats as i want
and i'm just like i have spent years trying to optimize healthy and nutritious diet stuff and somehow it feels like this should be slowly killing me but honestly it's working????? like my body just went "oh ok this i understand this is fine i can work with this"
... i will probably pivot back to a more vegetables and less ice cream thing at some point but also i'm scared to break it lmaoooo
